Murphy Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, have acquired a unit for Poundland at 9/11 Main Street Omagh.

This creative approach to reviewing existing space and how it can work, had been overlooked, however with Murphy’s insight, the potential for creating a 7,000 sqft store was seen.
From identifying the site, through to the store opening for business, the process took five months and now Poundland are making money in their latest store in Northern Ireland.
