Flying Tiger close in Belfast city centre
It's always a sad day in Murphy when a client closes a store.
This week our client Flying Tiger has closed their store at 22 Castle lane Belfast, in the city centre and has left the Northern Ireland retail market.
The client had a break clause in their lease and decided to exercise this and stop trading in Northern Ireland, as the effect's of Covid took hold on our high street's.
I first met with Flying Tiger in 2013 and advised them on three stores in Northern Ireland, both pop up and long term lease opportunities.
I hope that someday they may return to this market when things are a wee bit better on our High streets and I can help them re-establish a business in this market.
