As the economy reopens hard choices have to be made in Northern Ireland.
I had to make the hard choice to sell my horse when there was a market for him and take what the market would pay.
There may not be a market in a few months, with less money around and even further movement restrictions in the equine world.
As reported today Northern Ireland faces a deep and prolonged recession with the next 18 months very challenging.
If you haven't made the tough decisions yet, they are coming, so it might be best to grab what you can today and plan for the slow rebuild in the coming years.
I plan to own a horse again, in the meantime it back to helping others out with there horse when asked and a bit of property advice and guidance to those that need it my 30 years of knowledge and skills......
