Its not all bad news from retailers at the moment
We got a call today from a client to say this was the last day of trade for their store in Lisburn.
After seven years of trade Warren James has decided to close their Bow Street Mall store.
While this was sad news, they also advised they had made the decision to invest in new shop fittings for a new look store in three locations in Northern Ireland.
These new trading styles will be rolled out in Derry, Belfast and Newry.
This investment follows on from lease re-gear agreements, to rebase costs in these locations, for the client.
This is something to look forward to in July and August.
