Murphy has just leased a 4,000 sqft office to Viridian Group in Newforge Lane Belfast
Murphy Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, a business space adviser in Belfast, has just leased a 4,000 sqft office to Viridian Group in Newforge Lane Belfast.
As part of a relocation process to a new HQ, for an office client, Macom Technology, Murphy had been tasked to dispose of an existing lease of 4,000 sqft with 15 car parking spaces.
During the relocation process to new premises, Murphy, agreed to assign the existing lease to Viridian Group, who had a requirement for offices with car parking in the south Belfast area. This was done 6 months before the handover date and allowed Macom, with some comfort, to commit to new office premises at City Quay One, in the knowledge that their existing lease liability had been assigned.
