Murphy secure rental increase in Omagh
Murphy Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants have secured a rental increase, act for the Landlord, of the Home Bargains at 25 Dromore Road Omagh.
Murphy let the 14,000 sqft, former supermarket, to Home Bargains, just over 5 years ago, on the 15 year lease, for the current owners.
By maintained a long term relationship with the client we kept them updated periodically on the assets rental growth potential and asset value.
When the rent review date came around, Murphy were well placed to negotiate a uplift in the passing rent, as we hand an extensive database of rental evidence, in this sector, to help negotiate a increase.
