Northern Ireland development activity spreading into smaller towns

As a company, that makes it our business to notice what's happening in our Northern Ireland towns, its refreshing to know that new development is happening not just in Belfast, however in smaller towns such as Hillsborough.

Over the last 24 months their has been lots of activity for a town of 3500 people.

We have seen the following occur:

New scout hall built

New consulting rooms built by Orthoderm Clinic

Towns houses with a new cafe called Owl and Pussy Cat

A former Police station now converted to a private home

The coop have bought a existing business

The refurbishment of two local Pub/Restaurants.

A former Ulster Bank has been bought/refurbished and is now a gift shop

In addition to the above we have seen several new house development site's now active and building new homes.

With similar activity happen in other towns, it is great to see Northern Ireland back building and business investing in properties.

The future is improving for the property industry in Northern Ireland
