Portadown High street mall transformation underway
Over the past few years the owners of High street mall have been working hard to transform the future of the towns centre main retail and parking hub.
Following the closure of the main supermarket anchor, they started planning the downsize and configure of the centre, into a more convenience lead retail and service location in the town centre with some 500 car parking space's.
Lidl has committed to a 25,000 sqft store and will be relocation from the Armagh Road in the town, upsizing from 13,500 sqft.
Work is well underway for the reconfiguration which is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.
Murphy Chartered Surveyors helped deliver this Anchor to the scheme along with joint agent Cushman Wakefield NI.
