Refurbishment leads to new tenant’s in Derriaghy Industrial Park
Following recent refurbishments at Derriaghy Industrial Park, Dunmurry, Belfast, Murphy Chartered Surveyors and Real Estate Agents have secured the first tenant for this new look space.
Foster Tyres depot have leased a 2,000 sqft unit, for their latest outlet, with Derriaghy part of an on going expansion strategy for the company in N Ireland.
Foster choose DIP as a location because of its strategic location in south belfast / North west Lisburn, as they could service a large catchment and be very accessible to the customer base.
