The British Heart Foundation surrender lease
Murphy Chartered Surveyors have negotiated the surrender terms of a lease held by the British Heart Foundation to make way for a redevelopment.
Our client has been in the same location for some 20 years, however the passage of time can mean a building can become rip for demolition and redevelopment.
This is the case for Norwich Union House, Castle street, Belfast.
As part of the process for redevelopment, occupiers have legal rights and can negotiate with the developer for an agreed exit. This is what I did for the BHF.
In addition, I found a suitable relocation in fountain street nearby.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, give me a call maybe I can help with some advice
