Tony Kealys are on the move
Around 18 months ago I was introduced to Tony Kealys, to see if I could advise them on a new Northern Ireland strategy for their business going forward.
The location they had in the boucher shopping park, Belfast was just too expensive for them and the profile of their business had changed.
I advised them on a surrender/licence on there current store, while looking for a more affordable/suitable relocation nearby.
As the pandemic developed they quickly realised they had a strong UK online business, so instructed me to find a suitable logistic building with a small showroom to suit the business model going forward.
As we start September the client has just exchanged for a new 7,000 sqft unit in the boucher area of Belfast.
I can't wait to see what the final plans are in the coming weeks for this new flagship site
