Warren James to open third store with Murphy’s help
Warren James are set to open their 3 rd N Ireland store in Newtownard’s Ards Shopping Centre towards the end of March 2016.
This store follows on from the great success of their flagship Belfast store opening, in Belfast Castle Court in April 15 and the second store in Lisburn’s Bow street Mall in June 2015.
Our clients are leasing the former Surf Mountain pop up, in the mall, facing the schemes main entrance and Asda.
We at Murphy hope Warren James, along with a few others lettings happening in the scheme, can be a foundation to help attract other retailers to the Centre, following the re-basing of rentals, the reduction in rates and savings made in the service charge.
