BHF to open in Newtownards
Murphy Chartered Surveyors have advised the British Heart foundation on their latest new store in Northern Ireland.
This flagship 2150 sqft fashion store will be locationed in the Ard Shopping Centres main Mall.
Since 1987 the BHF has successfully grown to become the largest retailer of pre-loved goods in the UK with 690 plus shops, generating over £200m sales annually.
With ambitious plans to expand all their retail formats, Murphy hopes this will be the first of several new stores in Northern Ireland in the coming years.
