Card Factory commit to a further 5 years in Tower Centre Ballymena
Card Factory, the UK's leading card retailer has just renewed their lease in the Tower Centre Ballymena.
Following agreement of commercial terms which reflects the trading potential from the centre, with the current landlords, our client has decided to remain in occupation for up to a further five years.
The centre is in the heart of Ballymena, and even with high vacancies and tough competition in Ballymena for consumer spending, our client feels comfortable in remaining in the scheme and the potential it can offer its business going forward.
The Tower centre is currently up for sale and our client remain optimistic that a new buyer can be found who will invest and revitalize the scheme in the coming years.
At Murphy we have other clients that would locate in the Tower centre and we wait to see what a new owners plans will be.
