Card Factory helps DeCourcy
Card Factory have decided to take a short term let in the DeCourcy Centre to test the location as a possible long term location.
The scheme has gone through allot of transformations in recent years following the relocation of Tesco.
The scheme now has a new anchor in Home Bargains, with other occupiers including New Look, Bon Marche and Iceland in the scheme.
Eamonn Murphy said ” Following the recent letting to Home Bargains this has given our client the confidence to test the location and they have decided to trade for 12 months to see how the scheme trades. Hopefully the scheme will improve in terms of lettings and our client can consider the location for a long term proposition following this initial period of trade.”
