Murphy Chartered Surveyors advised EE on a lease renewal in the Fairhill Centre, Ballymena.
Our client agreed to renew on competitive terms to continue trading in one of Northern Ireland's leading shopping centres.
During 2025 the centre owners continued to reposition the centre as a leading regional destination.
The last 18 months were a transformative period, marked by the arrival of major new anchors like Primark, strong brand investment, and refurbishment that enhanced the mall environment.
