Murphy help BDL interior find new home
Murphy, Chartered Surveyors, Property Consultants and Real estate agents based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, have help BDL interior fit out solutions, identify and acquire a new manufacturing facility in Northern Ireland.
BDL are a progressive company and having started over 6 years ago, in the depths of a recession, have build a strong successful business providing fit out solutions for other expanding and investing business, in the UK and Ireland.
Due to continued growth plans, for their business, they employed Murphy, as a consultant initially, to access their space requirements for a growth plan they had in mind and in turn, instructed them to identify suitable premises in a geographic area and within a occupational budget, that they could acquire, when they decided that they needed to move.
At the end of this process of 6 months, they are about to open in a new 5,500 sqft industrial unit in Hulls road in Lisburn.
By BDL instructing Murphy, they secured the best premises, at the occupation costs they could afford and were not distracted from running and growing their business, which is what they do best.
