Murphy help Topps Tiles acquire third store in N Ireland
Murphy, Chartered Surveyors, Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents based in Belfast, have acquired a third store in Northern Ireland for their client Topps Tiles.
The latest store, a former xtra vision unit, is scheduled to be opened towards the end of August 2015 and is located within Bangor’s Bloomfield Shopping Centre and Retail Park, one of Northern Ireland’s premier retail destinations. The store will be extended to 4,000 sq ft approx with extensive car parking so customers can be offered greater convenience and be given the latest style advice and product offering in a contemporary setting.
Topps Tiles also trade from premises at the Abbey Trading Park in Newtownabbey and Boucher Road Belfast. The latest store is part of the company’s on-going store expansion, demonstrating Topps Tiles’ commitment to making its outstanding product range and expertise more accessible to both home improvement enthusiasts and trade professionals alike.
