Murphy secure rent reduction for client
Murphy Chartered Surveyors have successfully negotiated a 32% reduction of the rental on premises on Bow Street Lisburn.
The premises at 63 Bow street, a 100% prime location, are occupied by their clients Card Factory, were they have traded for 3 years.
With rentals on Bow street having fallen over the last three years, Murphy were able to successfully argue that the rent should be reduced from the passing levels to an affordable level, for there clients to remain trading profitable in this location and building.
