Warren James agree to lease unit in Richmond Centre Derry
Murphy Chartered Surveyors, one of Northern Ireland’s leading retail real estate agents, has negotiated terms for their client’s, Warren James Jeweller’s, to open a new store in Derry.
The 1,100 sqft flagship store will be in level one of the Richmond Centre and will be created from the amalgamation of two units.
The store will offer one of the companies largest liner displays of goods, of around 45 feet and is set to be one of the most eye catching store in the scheme and in our view, in Derry.
The store is scheduled to open towards the end of May 2016 and will be the fifth store that our client’s will have in this region of the UK.
