Warren James have opened their 3 rd Northern Ireland store in Newtownards Ards Shopping Centre.
This store is one of three that are planned to open in the first half of 2016 with Murphy’s help.
Our clients are leasing the former Surf Mountain pop up, in the mall, facing the schemes main entrance and Asda.
Our client has invested heavily in this corner site, installing an enhanced shop fit, to make it one of the most attractive retail experiences in the centre for the customer.
Our clients are looking for further outlets in N Ireland, so if you have an suitable property please call to discuss what you have on offer, others have and they have a Warren James in their building…..
