Warren James to open 2nd NI store with Murphys help
Warren James are set to open their 2nd N Ireland store in Lisburn’s Bow Street Mall towards the end of June 2015.
This store follows on from the great success of their flagship Belfast store opening, in Belfast Castle Court in April 15.
Our clients are leasing the former Game in the mall, which has remained empty for some time, save for some short term pop up stores.
We at Murphy hope Warren James, along with a few others lettings happening in the scheme, can be a foundation to help attract other retailers to the Centre, following the re-basing of rentals, the reduction in rates and savings made in the service charge.
Bow street has attracted several new occupiers over the last 2 years and we feel Bow Street Mall will now also see the benefits of the steady retail demand in the NI retail market.
Our clients are looking for further outlets in N Ireland, so if you have an suitable property please call to discuss what you have on offer, others have…..
