Murphy seeking instructions in 2015
As we begin 2015, Murphy Chartered Surveyors, Property Consultant and Estate Agents have reached the end of our fifth year in business in Northern Ireland.
Our Niche practice has been working hard over the last year on behalf of select clients, bringing them property / business opportunities, that they can operate their business interests from successfully and profitable.
During 2014, we have also been assisting clients with other professional matters such as acquisitions, sales, lettings, lease disposals, lease renewals, investment acquisitions / disposals, expert witness, planning and development, asset management, valuations and giving general reasoned advice when asked. We have also sold some residential properties which was a first for our company.
During 2015, we wish to increase our landlord / Owner representation in the commercial, residential and land markets, as well as continuing in the area we are best know in, retail tenant representation.
The start of a new year can mean the need for a new adviser or a second opinion on a matter.
We believe our style of advice and approach to the property business is what some landlords / owners want in today’s changing property environment, which is why we have continued repeat business. Our clients value our advice and we value their business.
The next year will see further dramatic changes in our property market and perhaps Murphy, a locally trusted adviser can help and guide you with some issue you will face.
